  • We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 15 calendar days from the date you received your original order.  

  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.  

  • Any returns that do not meet our requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, if the items have any signs or wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. 

  • All returns are processed for Misty Boutique store credit only.   

  • All sale items and accessories are considered a final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

  • If Misty Boutique issues a return label, that dollar amount will be deducted from the total store credit issued.  

  • Misty Boutique has a 15 day return policy, no returns can be accepted past that day.

  • All returns must be shipped via USPS with a tracking number.

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us via the process above. 

  • After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
