Hopefully you loved everything you purchased from us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

Returns:

We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 15 calendar days from the date you received your original order.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.

Any returns that do not meet our requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, if the items have any signs or wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

All returns are processed for Misty Boutique store credit only.

All sale items and accessories are considered a final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If Misty Boutique issues a return label, that dollar amount will be deducted from the total store credit issued.

Misty Boutique has a 15 day return policy, no returns can be accepted past that day.

All returns must be shipped via USPS with a tracking number.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us via the process above.

After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
